Esto provoca que el tama\u00f1o del mismo se vea reducido, por lo tanto, puede llegar a ocasionar problemas relacionados con la fertilidad. A continuaci\u00f3n te platicamos sobre algunos datos importantes del <\/span><b>s\u00edndrome de Asherman<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>S\u00edntomas y causas<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Antes de mencionar algunos factores que indican la presencia de estas adherencias intrauterinas, es importante decir que esta enfermedad es muy poco frecuente y se puede deber a:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Legrados<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cirug\u00edas intrauterinas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Abortos<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amenorrea<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, el <\/span><b>s\u00edndrome de Asherman<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es un padecimiento que se adquiere, es decir, no se nace con \u00e9l. \u00bfC\u00f3mo se adquiere? Justamente de lo que mencionamos anteriormente, de cualquier caso cl\u00ednico que pueda afectar al \u00fatero y provocar cicatrices en \u00e9l.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dentro de los s\u00edntomas encontramos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fuertes dolores p\u00e9lvicos y\/o abdominales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alteraciones en el ciclo menstrual.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Abortos<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menstruaciones retr\u00f3gradas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si bien estos factores pueden ser indicadores tambi\u00e9n de alg\u00fan otro padecimiento, en caso de que aparezcan al poco tiempo de haber sufrido alg\u00fan legrado o cirug\u00eda, es muy probable de que efectivamente se trate del <\/span><b>s\u00edndrome de Asherman<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Treatment<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aunque estas cicatrices s\u00ed se pueden eliminar, es necesario que primero el m\u00e9dico confirme que en realidad se trata de un caso de <\/span><b>s\u00edndrome de Asherman<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y no otra cosa. Los procedimientos que pueden servir para detectar estas adherencias son:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ecograf\u00edas<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Histerosalpingograf\u00eda<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Histeroscopia<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una vez que se visualizaron y se extirparon estas cicatrices, se debe mantener al \u00fatero expandido para prevenir que no vuelvan a formarse de nuevo. Hay varios m\u00e9todos que pueden funcionar, por ejemplo: un tipo bal\u00f3n que permite mantener expandidas las paredes uterinas, el DIU o incluso simplemente bastar\u00e1 con usar un gel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De cualquier manera, el m\u00e9dico determinar\u00e1 qu\u00e9 tratamiento es el ideal para ti y si necesitar\u00e1s alg\u00fan otro tipo de apoyo, como pueden ser medicamentos hormonales.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>\u00bfC\u00f3mo puedo conseguir un embarazo si tengo <\/b><b>s\u00edndrome de Asherman<\/b><b>?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como mencionamos, primero debes acudir a una valoraci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica y, en caso de que se confirme la presencia del <\/span><b>s\u00edndrome de Asherman<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ser\u00e1 necesario seguir el tratamiento que sugiera tu m\u00e9dico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es posible lograr un embarazo si padeces esta enfermedad, sin embargo, todo depende de la gravedad en que est\u00e9 desarrollada.
