No se trata de un padecimiento hereditario, sino de un error gen\u00e9tico que sucede despu\u00e9s de la concepci\u00f3n. A continuaci\u00f3n te mencionamos las caracter\u00edsticas, causas y consecuencias del <\/span><b>s\u00edndrome de klinefelter<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se diagnostica el <\/b><b>s\u00edndrome de klinefelter<\/b><b>?<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Normalmente los seres humanos tenemos 46 cromosomas, los cuales se encargan de transportar todo nuestro material gen\u00e9tico. Dos de ellos son los sexuales (X y Y)\u00a0 que definen el g\u00e9nero de cada persona. La mujer est\u00e1 conformada por dos cromosomas X (XX) y el hombre por un X y un Y (XY).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una vez mencionado esto, ahora podemos entender con facilidad este trastorno. Se basa en la duplicaci\u00f3n del cromosoma X en el hombre (XXY), lo que provoca que tenga algunos cambios f\u00edsicos notables a comparaci\u00f3n de uno que no tiene este padecimiento, los cuales pueden ser:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pene y test\u00edculos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os de lo normal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poco vello corporal y facial.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Masa muscular reducida.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agrandamiento del tejido mamario.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El hecho de que los test\u00edculos sean m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os puede ocasionar que haya una reducci\u00f3n en la producci\u00f3n de testosterona, que es la hormona sexual masculina encargada de brindarle las caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas que definen a un hombre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los s\u00edntomas pueden variar y hay veces en las que este problema se diagnostica hasta una edad adulta cuando buscan procrear, o incluso nunca.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Algunos indicadores de esta enfermedad son:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beb\u00e9s: M\u00fasculos d\u00e9biles, desarrollo motor lento, retraso en el habla y problemas en el aparato reproductor.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ni\u00f1os y adolescentes: Estatura superior a la media (piernas largas y torso corto), problemas con su pubertad (ya sea ausente, retrasada o incompleta), complicaciones con su desarrollo intelectual y emocional, poca energ\u00eda, huesos d\u00e9biles\u2026<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adultos: Deseo sexual bajo, aumento de grasa en el vientre, poca o nula cantidad de espermatozoides.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la etapa de ni\u00f1o, adolescente y adulto es cuando los cambios f\u00edsicos que mencionamos con anterioridad, se ven reflejados.
