Sin embargo, ingerir az\u00facares en exceso puede generar graves problemas de salud tales como la diabetes. Esta, si no se trata adecuadamente ocasiona da\u00f1os en tu fertilidad, o si ya est\u00e1s embarazada, el tener una <\/span><b>glucosa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> alta puede perjudicar el proceso.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se relaciona la <\/b><b>glucosa<\/b><b> con mi embarazo?<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una <\/span><b>glucosa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> elevada, aparte de provocar diabetes, obesidad, hipertensi\u00f3n y da\u00f1os degenerativos en todo el cuerpo, puede afectar significativamente a tu fertilidad, embarazo e incluso al beb\u00e9 mientras est\u00e1 en tu vientre.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existen casos que durante el embarazo se origina la llamada \u201cdiabetes gestacional\u201d y, aunque actualmente se desconoce la causa, los especialistas lo asocian a un sobrepeso previo al embarazo o al propio cambio hormonal que se vive durante, pues las hormonas que trabajan por mantener un nivel de <\/span><b>glucosa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> adecuado, pueden sufrir alg\u00fan tipo de desbalance que ocasione un mal funcionamiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Si tengo la <\/b><b>glucosa<\/b><b> alta \u00bfQu\u00e9 consecuencias puedo tener yo o mi beb\u00e9?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dentro de las afectaciones m\u00e1s comunes que sufre una embarazada con diabetes gestacional, se encuentran:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Hipertensi\u00f3n: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una <\/span><b>glucosa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> elevada durante el embarazo puede provocar presi\u00f3n arterial alta y preeclampsia; si no se trata, puede ser mortal tanto para la madre como para el beb\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Ces\u00e1rea:<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Es mucho m\u00e1s probable que necesites un parto con intervenci\u00f3n quir\u00fargica debido a algunas afectaciones que seguramente tu beb\u00e9 padecer\u00e1.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Diabetes:<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Si bien el tener una <\/span><b>glucosa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> elevada durante el embarazo ya es considerada diabetes, est\u00e1 se puede revertir posterior al parto, pero, existe la posibilidad de que en un futuro embarazo o en la vejez, desarrolles la enfermedad de manera permanente.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por otro lado, tu beb\u00e9 se podr\u00eda ver afectado de la siguiente manera:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Sobrepeso al nacer:<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The <\/span><b>glucosa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> alta puede provocar un mayor crecimiento; si el beb\u00e9 pesa 4 kg o m\u00e1s, corre el riesgo de sufrir alguna lesi\u00f3n y necesitar un parto por ces\u00e1rea e incluso prematuro.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Nacimiento prematuro:<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> La diabetes gestacional puede ocasionar un parto adelantado a la fecha prevista.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Dificultades respiratorias:<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Los beb\u00e9s que son prematuros, tienen una alta probabilidad de sufrir estas afectaciones.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Hipoglucemia:<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Hay ocasiones en las que el beb\u00e9 puede nacer con un nivel bajo de <\/span><b>glucosa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, y aunque se puede tratar y hacer que los niveles vuelvan a la normalidad, en los casos m\u00e1s graves, el beb\u00e9 puede sufrir convulsiones.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Obesidad y diabetes:<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Tu beb\u00e9 podr\u00eda ser m\u00e1s propenso a padecer estas enfermedades en un futuro.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Muerte fetal: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La diabetes gestacional mal tratada o sin tratar, puede provocar el fallecimiento del beb\u00e9 estando en el \u00fatero o despu\u00e9s de nacer.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 tratamiento seguir para no tener afectaciones?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es muy importante que primero acudas a un chequeo m\u00e9dico para que valore tu estado y te indique el mejor tratamiento para ti.
