Necesidad de orinar frecuentemente, presi\u00f3n abdominal o dolores al mantener relaciones sexuales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tipos de <\/span><b>miomas uterinos<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los miomas pueden ser clasificados de acuerdo a la ubicaci\u00f3n que tengan:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Subserosos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Est\u00e1n situados en la parte externa del \u00fatero y crecen fuera de la cavidad, por lo tanto, no suelen afectar la fertilidad.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Intramurales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Son aquellos miomas uterinos que se desarrollan en la pared uterina, su presencia si puede deformar la forma del \u00fatero, por lo tanto, en algunos casos s\u00ed podr\u00eda afectar las posibilidades de conseguir el embarazo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Submucosos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Este tipo de <\/span><b>miomas uterinos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> crecen hacia el interior de la cavidad uterina, puede afectar la mucosa del endometrio y es muy probable que se presenten problemas de fertilidad.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diagn\u00f3stico y tratamiento\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para realizar un diagn\u00f3stico correcto se requiere hacer un ultrasonido para detectarlos, conocer su ubicaci\u00f3n y tama\u00f1o.
