En primer lugar, es necesario realizar una serie de estudios espec\u00edficos tanto al hombre como a la mujer para conocer la causa de la infertilidad.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/procrea.mx\/servicios\/reproduccion-asistida\/tratamientos\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 tratamientos existen?<\/span><\/a><\/h2>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/procrea.mx\/servicios\/reproduccion-asistida\/tratamientos\/coito-programado\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Timed intercourse<\/span><\/a><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Est\u00e1n los tratamientos de baja complejidad que incluyen el coito programado, consiste en buscar las fechas ideales para que la pareja mantenga relaciones, apoyados con algunos medicamentos que aumentan las posibilidades de conseguir la concepci\u00f3n, si la pareja no tiene un problema severo el porcentaje de conseguir el embarazo aumenta.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/procrea.mx\/servicios\/reproduccion-asistida\/tratamientos\/inseminacion-intrauterina\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">artificial insemination<\/span><\/a><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La inseminaci\u00f3n artificial pertenece a este grupo, consiste en estimular a la mujer hormonalmente para despu\u00e9s insertar en el \u00fatero semen tratado previamente, sus tasas de \u00e9xito dependen totalmente de la edad de la paciente, los ciclos que se hagan y de donde provenga el semen que se utilice. En pacientes menores en menores de 35 a\u00f1os se calcula que para la primera opci\u00f3n con semen de la pareja es de 10% y 20% con semen donado, entre 35 y 39 a\u00f1os corresponde a 9.5% y 13%, para el caso de las mujeres mayores de 40 se reduce hasta el 5.4% y 6%, respectivamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/procrea.mx\/servicios\/reproduccion-asistida\/tratamientos\/fertilizacion-in-vitro\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)<\/span><\/a><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para el caso de los tratamientos de alta complejidad podemos hablar del FIV, este consiste en una estimulaci\u00f3n ov\u00e1rica para la producci\u00f3n de ovocitos de calidad, estos son extra\u00eddos mediante una punci\u00f3n para luego ser fertilizados con semen donante o de la pareja, los rangos aproximados de \u00e9xito son los siguiente y debe considerarse que dependen de m\u00faltiples factores, para mujeres menores de 35 a\u00f1os es de 35%, entre 35 y 39 el 25%, para mayores de 40 decae a un 13%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/procrea.mx\/servicios\/reproduccion-asistida\/tratamientos\/ovodonacion\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Egg donation<\/span><\/a><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por \u00faltimo, hablaremos de la ovodonaci\u00f3n, este es el tratamiento con mayor tasa de \u00e9xito, el procedimiento es el mismo que en un <a href=\"https:\/\/procrea.mx\/servicios\/reproduccion-asistida\/tratamientos\/fertilizacion-in-vitro\/\">IVF<\/a> tradicional, con la diferencia de que los \u00f3vulos son donados por otra mujer distinta, a la que le ser\u00e1n implantados los embriones.
