Los medicamentos usados para la estimulaci\u00f3n ov\u00e1rica pueden desencadenarlo aproximadamente una semana posterior a su administraci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 se produce<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El uso de gonadotropina cori\u00f3nica humana (GCH), una hormona producida durante el embarazo, con el fin de estimular la maduraci\u00f3n de los ovocitos tiene una alta relaci\u00f3n con el <\/span><b>s\u00edndrome de hiperestimulaci\u00f3n ov\u00e1rica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, generando que los vasos sangu\u00edneos del ovario generen l\u00edquido que se deposita en el ovario o abdomen haci\u00e9ndolos crecer de tama\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuando se presenta el <\/span><b>s\u00edndrome de hiperestimulaci\u00f3n ov\u00e1rica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> puede ser leve en d\u00f3nde el tama\u00f1o de los ovarios est\u00e1 ligeramente aumentado de la misma manera que los niveles de estradiol. En el moderado de igual forma hay un aumento de hormonas y tama\u00f1o ov\u00e1rico pero se suman malestares como aumento de tama\u00f1o de zona abdominal y dolor. En los casos m\u00e1s graves el tama\u00f1o y los niveles hormonales est\u00e1n completamente desnivelados, hay un aumento de peso constante debido al exceso de l\u00edquido acumulado y es posible un da\u00f1o hep\u00e1tico, renal o tromb\u00f3tico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> padecimiento <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">puede empeorar con el embarazo, generalmente esto puede suceder en los tratamientos de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/procrea.mx\/reprod-asistida\/inseminacion-intrauterina\/\"><b>intrauterine insemination<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en d\u00f3nde la fecundaci\u00f3n es seguida de la\u00a0 implantaci\u00f3n, para el caso de la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/procrea.mx\/contacto\/\"><b>in vitro fertilization treatment<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, debe hacerse primero la maduraci\u00f3n del <\/span><b>embryo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> antes de la transferencia por lo que es posible detectarlo de manera anticipada. De igual forma pacientes j\u00f3venes que se someten a estimulaci\u00f3n hormonal est\u00e1n expuestas, las que tienen una hormona antim\u00fclleriana alta, tienen un peso corporal bajo o bien presentan una gran cantidad de fol\u00edculos en los ovarios. De igual forma se recomienda la aplicaci\u00f3n de dosis menores de gonadotropina o bien, la sustituci\u00f3n de este medicamento por un s\u00edmil.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo se trata el <\/span><b>s\u00edndrome de hiperestimulaci\u00f3n ov\u00e1rica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Generalmente suele desaparecer una vez que los niveles hormonales comienzan a disminuir, con medicinas de dolor, seguimiento y soluciones isot\u00f3nicas pueden aliviarse.
