Todos tenemos determinados cambios en los cromosomas o genes que podemos denominar como mutaciones, son muy comunes, los efectos de estas pueden ser positivos, negativos o no tener ning\u00fan impacto dependiendo del ciclo de informaci\u00f3n que interrumpa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las pruebas generalmente se realizan con sangre o bien por medio de una biopsia ya que ah\u00ed existe la concentraci\u00f3n necesaria para que los <\/span><b>an\u00e1lisis gen\u00e9ticos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> puedan realizarse correctamente, es importante destacar que para cada grupo de enfermedades debe realizarse una prueba espec\u00edfica, no es posible detectar todas las mutaciones con un solo an\u00e1lisis.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Embriones y <\/span><b>an\u00e1lisis gen\u00e9ticos<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In most cases,<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/procrea.mx\/categoria-reproduccion\/tratamientos\/\"><b> Assisted Reproductive Treatments<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en una gran cantidad de ocasiones se valen de este tipo de estudios con el objetivo de descartar enfermedades gen\u00e9ticas en los embriones antes de que sean transferidos al \u00fatero materno. Este tipo de an\u00e1lisis se suele recomendar a pacientes mayores de 35 a\u00f1os en los que el \u00f3vulo comienza a perder calidad y por tanto, la probabilidad de alg\u00fan defecto cromos\u00f3mico aumenta.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Test preconcepci\u00f3n<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existen tres tipos de <\/span><b>an\u00e1lisis gen\u00e9ticos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, los preconceptivos, preimplantaci\u00f3n y prenatales, dentro de los primeros, se encuentra el que se realiza a una pareja que desea embarazarse con la finalidad de determinar si son portadores de alg\u00fan padecimiento recesivo que pueda ser transmitido a<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> la hora de engendrar un beb\u00e9 y determinar el porcentaje de posibilidad que existe, otro estudio que pertenece a los preconceptivos consiste en evaluar los cromosomas d<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">el espermatozoide con el fin de rastrear el posible origen gen\u00e9tico de la infertilidad masculina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Test preimplantaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los test preimplantaci\u00f3n son utilizados de manera regular por las cl\u00ednicas de fertilidad, previos a la realizaci\u00f3n de la transferencia embrionaria, como ejemplo tenemos el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/procrea.mx\/reprod-asistida\/pgt-a\/\"><b>Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy (PGT-A<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que detecta enfermedades tales como el S\u00edndrome de Down, distrofia muscular de Duchenne o S\u00edndrome de Turner.
