Esta categorizaci\u00f3n se da por el tipo de procedimientos que se utilizan para conseguir el embarazo.<\/p>\n<h2>Tratamientos de baja complejidad<\/h2>\n<p>Entre los procedimientos de baja complejidad en la <a href=\"https:\/\/procrea.mx\/reproduccion-asistida\/\"><strong>Assisted Reproduction<\/strong><\/a> se encuentra el<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/procrea.mx\/reprod-asistida\/post-coito-programado\/\">scheduled intercourse<\/a><\/strong> que consiste en avaluar en qu\u00e9 momento del periodo menstrual se encuentra la mujer y determinar cu\u00e1les son los d\u00edas de ovulaci\u00f3n en los que la mujer tiene m\u00e1s probabilidad de embarazarse de forma natural.<\/p>\n<p>La gran mayor\u00eda de los <a href=\"https:\/\/procrea.mx\/categoria-reproduccion\/tratamientos\/\"><strong>Assisted Reproductive Treatments <\/strong><\/a>utilizan la estimulaci\u00f3n hormonal con el fin de excitar a los ovarios para conseguir una <strong>ovulaci\u00f3n<\/strong> basta. El primer tratamiento que se vale de ella es la <a href=\"https:\/\/procrea.mx\/reprod-asistida\/inseminacion-intrauterina\/\"><strong>artificial insemination<\/strong><\/a>, de igual forma que en el coito programado se determinan los d\u00edas m\u00e1s f\u00e9rtiles, pero adem\u00e1s se induce la <strong>ovulaci\u00f3n<\/strong> para que cuando se introduzca el semen de la pareja o donado se tengan m\u00e1s probabilidades de lograr la concepci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Se recomienda cuando los <strong>fertility problems<\/strong> son moderados tanto en el hombre como en la mujer, de igual forma para el embarazo en mujeres con parejas del mismo sexo o sin ella.<\/p>\n<h2>Tratamientos de alta complejidad<\/h2>\n<p>Dentro de los procedimientos de <strong>fertility<\/strong> de alta complejidad se incluye la <a href=\"https:\/\/procrea.mx\/reprod-asistida\/fertilizacion-in-vitro\/\"><strong>in vitro fertilization treatment<\/strong><\/a>, se comienza por una estimulaci\u00f3n con el fin de obtener varios \u00f3vulos maduros que ser\u00e1n extra\u00eddos. Para lograr la <strong>fecundaci\u00f3n<\/strong> puede ser mediante inseminaci\u00f3n en un laboratorio o bien mediante una <a href=\"https:\/\/procrea.mx\/reprod-asistida\/inyeccion-intracitoplasmatica-icsi\/\"><strong>inyecci\u00f3n intracitoplasm\u00e1tica<\/strong><\/a>, se utilizan los espermas de la pareja o de un donante.<\/p>\n<p>Varios d\u00edas despu\u00e9s que se ha logrado la <strong>fecundaci\u00f3n<\/strong> se procede a la transferencia embrionaria, dependiendo de la opini\u00f3n del experto se determina cu\u00e1ntos ser\u00e1n y si se requiere de una eclosi\u00f3n asistida, procedimiento que consiste en quitar una peque\u00f1a capa al <strong>embryo<\/strong> con el fin de facilitar la implantaci\u00f3n. La<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/procrea.mx\/reprod-asistida\/fertilizacion-in-vitro\/\"> IVF<\/a> <\/strong>se recomienda en casos severos de <strong>infertility<\/strong>, pero en d\u00f3nde se logra la ovulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Para los casos en los que no se logra la ovulaci\u00f3n o los \u00f3vulos son de mala calidad se puede recurrir a la ovodonaci\u00f3n, se trata tambi\u00e9n de un tratamiento de <a href=\"https:\/\/procrea.mx\/reprod-asistida\/fertilizacion-in-vitro\/\"><strong>in vitro fertilization treatment<\/strong><\/a> con la distinci\u00f3n de que el \u00f3vulo es donado.
