To do this, you need to know the date of your last menstrual period and determine if your cycle is regular or irregular. You can determine this by observing the duration of your menstrual cycle. Based on this information, you can proceed with the calculation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Regular cycle:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> In a regular cycle, ovulation usually occurs in the middle of the cycle. You can calculate it as follows: If your menstrual cycle is 28 or 30 days long, subtract 18 from the shorter cycle (28-18=10) and subtract 11 from the longer cycle (30-11=19).
