Al igual que en la <strong>cryopreservation techniques<\/strong> de embriones es necesario llevar a cabo una estimulaci\u00f3n ov\u00e1rica y aspiraci\u00f3n folicular para obtener los \u00f3vulos y posteriormente llevar a cabo la vitrificaci\u00f3n de los mismos. |<\/p>\n<p>La vitrificaci\u00f3n es un proceso que se basa en el principio de que las c\u00e9lulas activas pueden ser congeladas de una manera extremadamente r\u00e1pida, lo cual evita la formaci\u00f3n de cristales y con esto, da\u00f1o a las estructuras celulares. Se utilizan protectores contra bajas temperaturas y posteriormente se lleva a cabo una congelaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida con nitr\u00f3geno l\u00edquido.
