It is recommended to be performed in the following cases:
- Patients with endometriosis.
- Embryos with anomalies in the zona pellucida (thick or dense)
- History of implantation failure.
- Patients with high levels of FSH.
- Advanced age (over 38 years).
- The embryo does not suffer any damage during this procedure.
